Transport firms in the United States trying to control their car shipping prices will be happy to hear that there's a new version of Prophesy Transportation Solutions Prophesy Dispatch ready to help firms keep their transports on time and budget in the second decade of the century of the environment. Prophesy Transportation Solutions recently announced to the transport industry of the United States that Prophesy Dispatch 6.2 is ready to start work, using a number of improvements and enhancements to make the job of transporting easier and more efficient. Prophesy Dispatch 6.2's newest improvements to enhance your car transport service includes new integration with Microsoft Bing Maps, improved integration with QuickBooks Accounting software and constant updates from Prophesy Transportation Solutions commercial mileage database.
Prophesy Dispatch 6.2 also includes other user requested changes, like a new Microsoft Dynamics GP accounting interface, the ability to assign a specific mileage program to each unique transport required to help firms rate each transport and control billing, and integration with SMCA RateWare XL external rating system. Prophesy Dispatch 6.2 also allows users to retrieve data on credit card purchases and includes a new Message Center to help firms monitor two-way mobile communications between dispatch and trucks out on the roads conducting express auto transport for customers.
Prophesy Dispatch 6.2 appears to have been significantly enhanced and improved, but we'll have to wait and see what transport firms implementing Prophesy Dispatch 6.2 in their operations think about this new version. Hopefully, Prophesy Dispatch 6.2 allows transport firms to improve their operations as the creators believe, and in a few months time Prophesy Dispatch is being heralded as a useful tool for transport firms.
