Express Auto Transport During Night Time

Transport firms and auto transport drivers out on the roads and highways of the United States taking vehicles to destination on time and budget will be interested in the latest news concerning the 34-hour restart proposal. The United States Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has recently commented that while this idea will likely work for transport drivers out on the roads during the day light hours, it might not be as good for drivers that work during the night time. The agency believes that we might need to include two periods of rest for vehicle shipping drivers on the roads between 12 a.m. and 6 a.m., in order to make sure drivers operate during the night time hours as safely as they would during the day.

The United States Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration apparently used the data provided by a study recently conducted in the United States of America to justify this belief. The study was conducted by the Sleep and Performance Research Center at Washington State University and according to the people looking at this study seems to indicate that the effectiveness of the 34-hour restart could depend on the timing of a driver's work schedule.

This idea isn't very popular with some elements of the transport industry of America, though, and the proposal could find a little resistance to this becoming law during the miles ahead, according to many car hauling drivers out on the roads taking vehicles to destination in a reliable, efficient and cost-effective manner. The next few weeks and months in America will be interesting to watch and we should get a better idea of the direction of the agency and the proposed 34-hour restart, during this time, according to many watching this drama unfold. This affair is also going to determine the working conditions for many transport drivers during the miles ahead and you can be sure that the drivers will be watching to see what happens.
