Express Auto Transport Texting Ban

National transport drivers and firms that regularly provide auto transport services for customers in South Dakota watching the debate in the South Dakota legislature over the proposed ban on texting while driving will be interested in the latest news concerning this battle. According to sources in South Dakota that have been watching the battle in the legislature, things could start to get a little more difficult for the people that want to ban texting while driving on the roads of South Dakota. A similar idea failed to make it through the South Dakota house of legislature last year, by a very narrow margin, according to sources, and a recent survey conducted by firms tasked with conducting the survey indicate that the split in vote over this idea could be pretty close in the house session that's expected to open on Thursday in South Dakota.

Sources in the vehicle shipping industry close to this news indicate that many legislators in South Dakota are concerned about the growth on texting while driving on the roads and highways of South Dakota and the United States. They're also concerned that it could be hard to implement and enforce the plans to ban texting while driving in South Dakota, and a few of them are concerned that the idea might not even make the transport roads and highways in the state safer. There are even a few that think the proposed ban on texting while driving shouldn't include any prohibition on talking on a cell phone while driving.

This news probably doesn't surprise car hauling drivers and firms that have been taking vehicles to destination in a reliable, efficient and cost-effective manner in South Dakota during the last few years. Especially, if they have been watching this drama unfold and were aware of the previous failure of a similar idea to make it through the South Dakota legislature.
